RETURNS + EXCHANGES
What is your return policy ?
- We accept exchanges and returns received within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be in new, unworn condition, with its original packaging, Marrakech hang tags etc. intact.
- Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased via norya-ayron.shop. norya-ayron.shop will not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at approved retailers and boutiques.
- If you would like to make an exchange, we suggest placing a new order for the item you want to ensure that it does not go out of stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
- Our warehouse will process your refund within 5 business days from the date we receive your return. Depending on your card policy, allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- For any orders over customer pays return shipping.
- At this time, International customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse. You may ship your return with a carrier of your choice. For your safety, we recommend sending via a trackable and insured method so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. Remember to keep the tracking number for your own records.
- We have no control over customs, sometimes they withhold packages or add import duties. You are liable for any extra VAT or customs charges.
